GAS CITY — Maxine Perigo Dill, 86, Gas City, died at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 15, 2006 in her home. She was born March 19, 1920 in Danville, Ill., the daughter of Hanley and Laura (Higley) Johnson. She was married to Bill Perigo and Ancil Dill, both preceded in death. She had worked at Radio Materials Co. and Leon's Jewelry Store for 22 years. She loved crafting and oil painting. Survivors include: two daughters, Lois Fischer, Lafayette and Sandra Barton, Gas City; a son, William Buster, Morgantown, N.C.; a sister, Jerri Dunbar, Attica; 13 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by a son, Edward Lee Buster; three brothers, William Johnson, Thomas Johnson and Harley Johnson; and a sister, Katherine Grim. Gravesite services were at 2 p.m. Friday in Riverside Cemetery, Attica, with the Rev. John B. Bell officiating. Casey Lloyd Funeral Home, Marion, was in charge of arrangements. – jlr
